Bill Easterly founded the firm in 1994 which today focuses almost exclusively in matters involving serious personal injury and workers' compensation. Bill has assembled a team of professionals who handle every aspect of each case the firm accepts. While Bill may be involved in any stage of any claim, his primary roles involve forming strategies for the successful outcome of cases, the actual negotiation of settlements, and litigating cases that cannot be successfully resolved through mediation.
