Car Accident

Things you should consider when you have been injured in a car accident:

What types of insurance are available, and which should you use and which should you avoid?

Should you talk to the insurance adjuster?

Should you sign the adjuster’s medical release?

The importance of an accurate accident report?

Have you taken photographs of your injuries and/or property damage?

What type of damages can I receive payment for?

Which insurance types should you use and which should you not use:

We typically deal with three types of insurance:

1.    The other driver's auto insurance

2.    Our client's auto insurance

3.    Our client's health insurance

Within each of these sources of insurance, there are different types of benefits, such as medical benefits, uninsured motorist benefits, underinsured motorist benefits.  It is critical to the successful pursuit of your case to choose the right benefit, from the right policy.  If you make the wrong choices, you will lose money.  These choices vary on a case by case basis.  Call us today and we’ll help you work through your options.
